I have really frizzy dry hair and its naturally curly but after i brush it the curls come out. and i want to use some kind of product that will make it look REALLY curly and wet

No matter what you put in your hair, the curls will puff out once you brush it.

I use Fructis Fortifying shampoo and conditioner for dry or damaged hair and Fructis Style Smoothing Milk while it's still wet, scrunch it and let it air dry.

The next day (if you're like me and don't want to wash it every day) you can wet it and add a little more Smoothing Milk, scrunch it again and air dry, of course.

I have curly hair too. Whatever you do, don't brush it. You want to finger style it. When you brush it, it makes is frizz, finger styling will not make it frizz. A good gel that will control your curls and give you that wet look is Joico Ice Gel (it's now called Joico JoiGel Firm).
