well i had this problem too, i found i was shedding more than usual. i went to the doctor about it, and he took a blood test, which was fine, and he said that as long as you don't get big bald patches, you're fine. everybody sheds at a certain time of year [usually summer], and that's normal, but if you start noticing bald patches, go to the doctor to rule out alopecia or hormonal problems.

It is natural for hair to shed throughout the day. The question is: how much is coming out? If more than a few strands are coming out each time you brush, then it is bad and you are experiencing breakage and probably even split ends. Go to pantene.com and check out their Pro-V Restoratives line. I got the Breakage Defense collection and in a month it completely restored my hair. I barely lose any hair when I brush now. Also, when your hair is wet, don't use a hairbrush, use a wide-toothed comb.

A persons hair is normally tangled between brushes. There fore, we pull out any loose hair as were brushing
