Can people with straight hair get 360 waves?

Can I get 360 waves if my hair is straight. Because I would really like to start trying to get them but I want to make sure I'm not doing it for nothing. And people say the best hair cut to compliment 360 waves is a low-cut caeser and a razor line. Also what type of brush should I have because my hair is like soft. And what is all the products need to maintain 360 waves like stocking cap etc.

if you want permanent wave, ask at the salon for a 360 body wave, it will last permanently until your hair grows out. also, use a natural boar bristle brush, there the best you can get for your hair. there kinda expensive but worth it! hope this helps
