Doe's anyone have any tips on how to recondition dry damaged hair without spending alot to do i

I bleached my hair and now it feels like straw!! I've spent alot already on conditioners and hair moisterizers. It's still dry and frizzy. It take what seems like forever to brush it when I get out of the shower because it's so dry and tangled. I will try anything to get my soft silky feeling hair again. Any at home remedies or anything would be greatly appreachiated. Thank You.

Wash your hair in beer. Trust me. My mother swears by it. I know, hair advice from a bald guy, but my Mother has lush, thick hair.

for starters, apply olive oil to your hair at night, then shampoo out in the morning. just make sure you have a lot of time in the morning because you never know how long itll take to get it out. but it DOES help.

any Pantene leave in for 3-5 minutes conditioner. The trick is heat! After applying conditioner put on shower cap any stick head under hot water to get the heat actionb going. Worked for me. Actually, factually, any condition (almost) will do. Its the HEAT!!

In addition to the deep condition...rinse your hair with cool water. This will close the cuticles on your hair and trap the conditioner inside the hair strand.

If you put Olive Oil on your and comb it from root to ends then put tin foil around your head (this adds heat) leave it on for half an hour to an hour. Wash it out and add your conditioner. If you do this once a week it should really help your hair. After all bleaching is the worst thing you can do to your hair unless you get it done professionally. This is an old remedy!

The best thing u can do after major damage is get profesional care. There is one way to do so with out majorly knocking a dent in your cash flow. Usually every town has a nearby cosmetology school. These schools are set up just like real salons where the students provide salon services (under the close supervision of an instructor of course!!) and while ur there you can get a pedicure for a little relaxation after stressing over your fried locks for around 10 bucks! Great service and very inexpensive!.....info is comming from my wife which is a cosmotoligist

Mix Olive Oil and Mayo together, put it in your hair, put a shower cap on, and sleep. (Hint: This usually works best before you go to bed!) In the morning, wash it out, (GET ALL OF IT OUT) and do your regular shampoo conditoner routine. The funny smell goes away with washing. It helps. Alot.
