I have dyed my hair a few times, but i have ugly thin hair that cant do anything. I had a perm one year ago and get it trimmed often, but when i leave the house my hair looks shiny and brushed, five minutes later it gets seperated and ratty looking! I have used conditionar, washed every other day, but what might a hair solon do for me?

since you've died/permed it a few times.. it's most likely damaged.
i would go to a good salon (doesn't have to be top of the line.. but it can't be ghetto either) and get a good hair rejuvination hair treatment done
it honestly works wonders.. your hair feels as good as new and you can hold styles better.
and if your hair is SUPERthin.. try adding a thin layer of hairspray every once in a while. good luck.

If you have thin hair you have to use a shampoo and conditioner for thin hair. they may suggest that you try some of their products or that you should cut your hair.

I think you might have dyed your hair too much and damaged it, so lay off the chemicals and let your natural hair grow out, and see if your hair is naturally like that, or if you just damaged it.

It's all in the products. Spray a volumnizer at the roots of hair before you blowdry. (I like Bumble %26amp; Bumble). Aim your dryer at the roots for a couple minutes. For added volume, you can backcomb hair, but I wouldn't make that a habit: Backcombing isn't great for hair if you do it too much.

Don't use conditioner.
Wash your hair every day.
Try using a volumizing shampoo so that your hair isn't so flat.
Put hairspray in your hair after brushing and styling it to keep it in place.

I would suggest you layering your hair to add thickness and volume as well as using a volumising mist.
