ive recently dyed my hair, ive done it many times before and this last time i did it i had waited almost a year so my hair had time to grow out healthy, well now my hair is really dried out and i was wondering if anyone knew any cheap treatments or shampoos i can use or anything really that i can do to get moisture back into my hair, its really dry and it breaks alot when i brush it, anything i can get from the store would be great since i dont have the money to go to a salon :)
Hair treatment?
Take some olive oil and heat it up in a pot, (not too hot). Massage in your scalp through to the ends. Wear a shower cap for about an hour. Shampoo out. Your hair will be revived.

I've found that whatever shampoo/conditioner you purchase, make sure it's for color treated hair. It seems like those are the best in terms of keeping your hair healthy with less breakage.
One thing I did want to mention. I know you said you don't want to spend a lot of money, but if you buy the Biologe Matrix conditioner for color treated hair (it's like $20-$30 for a small tub) and use it once a week, you'll notice a difference. It makes your hair so soft and shiny it's unreal.

Didn't you learn from coloring your hair with at-home color that the cheap way is not the way to go ? lol really-Paul Mitchell has some cheap conditioner that you can get but for no more than like $3 more than your average. They have super strong treatment that is good, and a good leave in spray is the awapui moisture mist. you can use both. Just remember not to get the imitation Paul mitchell in the store, the company is really trying hard to get that crap off the shelves of grocery stores. It is old, tampered, off the back of a truck stuff that should not be there. (and is definitley not cheaper) Some wal-mart's even have a beauty salon in them, get it there just not off the shelf next to the head and shoulders.
**your ruining your hair more with crap conditioner-there are such harsh chemicals, and waxy ingredients that coat your hair and not fix it.
