I was helping a friend paint her house and got paint In my hair On my shirt under my scoks and into my jeans for life. I am trying to get the Water based primer out of my hair and the only thing I can think of is to (painfully for my hair) get a small toothed comb and brush it out. It is a little to hot down here (can you belive it) to wear a hat and I really don't want to go into public W/ this in my hair. Any suggestions would be helpful

Polish remover, Goo B Gone, lighter fluid, either would work.
The Goo B Gone is found where the paint is and works on many things. Use the nail polish remover and rub it between your fingers, the same with lighter fluid, do you have any paint thinner?=======

Well if it's water based then just warm water and soap (or shampoo) will work just fine.

Brush your hair with olive oil, and do it thoroughly, then wash and rinse well TWICE and you should have all of the paint out of your hair. It's good that it's water based, because an oil based paint would require the use of paint thinner or turpentine, which can burn the scalp.

Primer is harder to get out than paint.
But, all you have to do is take a nice hot shower and shampoo your hair.
Use a brush on your skin and nails.
It happened to me when we painted the whole house.

Scrub your the paint patches in your hair with a loofah using warm water and shampoo. When it starts to break up then run a comb through it.
Next time wear a cap, if it's hot the hat will keep the sweat out of your eyes.

If you have some in your hair... I have done that a few times (I actually enjoy repainting my room every nowa and again, and the celing likes to drip on me)
I found that a ood shampoo (I use frutice) can get most of it out, but if it is really stuborn you can use a bit of dyluted lemon juice from the store (unless you want your hair to be lighter it needs to be dyluted, but if you want to be more blond no need) just be carful not to get it in your eyes

You're lucky it's water-based paint. Just shampoo your hair a couple times and rinse well with warm water. It should work.
If the paint is really stubborn and doesn't go in a couple days, try paint thinner. Use a cotton swab and work on very small sections of hair. Thinner will act like a bleaching agent so your hair cuticles will lift. Wash, rinse and then apply white vinegar to your hair for about 10mins to seal the cuticles again. In case discolouration occurs, you will need to dye your hair. Good luck!
